I served as a key producer of the Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival for six consecutive years from 2010 to 2015, to grow the festival from its inaugural edition to cementing Barbados' standing as a premier epicurean travel destination.

The festival brought together local and international celebrity chefs, wine experts, and rum connoisseurs for a multi-day celebration held at venues across the island of Barbados. 

My oversight included talent procurement and programming —responsible for securing and managing the roster of culinary talent, including festival headliner and James Beard Award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson, alongside celebrated chefs such as Tom Colicchio and Ming Tsai, who led cooking demonstrations, special dinners, and interactive tastings for both locals and international visitors. 

Beyond the island, I also oversaw VIP preview events in key markets, including a high-profile New York takeover at Marcus Samuelsson's Red Rooster in Harlem
