W x Best Performances

Garnering over 1 billion press impressions across outlets including WWD, The Hollywood Reporter and the NYT, W Magazine’s annual Best Performances party, an intimate yet enormously star-studded affair, has earned its status as one of the most-covered pre-Globes celebrations of the season.

Serving as the behind-the-scenes architect, I oversaw every production element from concept, through execution at the iconic Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on four editions (2020, 2024, 2025, 2026).

My scope included coordinating all venue details, managing sponsorship activations, overseeing production elements and managing cross team/talent communications.

 Past partners have included Christian Louboutin, Casamigos Tequila, Meta, Substack, and Moët et Chandon, bringing in over 600K in annual sponsorship revenue.
